@nggablog go to dashboard Settings > BuddyPress > Settings panel — Forum Setttings – bbPress configuration -> make sure you have the correct “Absolute path to your bbPress configuration file.”

– What theme are you using? Open up the theme’s footer.php file and check that there’s right before the closing
– Change to bp-default theme and check if you see the toolbar

Dashboard Setting > BuddyPress > Settings — Main Settings – Toolbar – check “Show the toolbar to logged out users” and save.

@charlietech you have a theme issue and you should post at sayontan’s aquoid forums

The plugin works with bp default theme, so the issue is compatibility with the Salutation theme. I know that some plugins have issues with Salutation. I suggest you contact theme author to resolve this issue.

Upload a larger image and crop from there.

– go to Settings > BuddyPress and click on Save on each panel
– re-upload BuddyPress plugin manually via ftp/cpanel/etc.
– change to bp-default theme
