What theme are you using – custom BP theme, WP theme with BP template pack, or child theme of bp-default theme?

Need more info to troubleshoot.

Suggestion: Log in WP.org forums. Add new topic about your issue because WP.org username and password should get you in BP/WP tracs. In right sidebar add tags “Modlook” and “Otto”. You’ll find out why this is happening or get issue resolved completely.
