@barniseun Have you checked the forums of the theme author re compatibility with BuddyPress or any template solutions? I can imagine that there are users of the theme or those from the same theme author who would like to install BP in their sites.

@cedrix Site url? Cannot help you based on the image alone. If you’re developing locally, you can use the Firefox/Chrome developer tools to help you identify and correct the style.

@jctunstall Have you tried some basic troubleshooting like changing to the Twenty Fourteen theme to check if issue is resolved? Or try deactivating all other plugins except BuddyPress then reactivating plugins one by one to check if there’s a plugin conflict?

@barniseun Change to one of the WP default themes and check if the issue is resolved. I suspect it’s a theme issue.

@tc33 What theme are you using? Change to the Twenty Fourteen/Thirteen theme and check if issue is resolved. If it is, then it’s your theme.

@adeolu What theme are you using? Is the setting to allow members to upload avatars enabled at https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/configure-components/#settings-buddypress-settings ?

If you installed BuddyPress and “Registration” was enabled in your Settings, then you should have automatically generated Registration and Activation Pages which you can change/rename.

If you installed BP and Registration was not enabled at the time, then you would have to create the Pages…[Read more]

My members can join groups, but the problem is that if they click on teams they can’t create them.

Please clarify. Did you create a new BuddyPress teams component or are you referring to your groups as “teams”? If you are referring to your groups as “teams” did you enable group creation for all users in Settings > BuddyPress > Settings ?

@titoesco Activate BuddyPress and configure BP settings activating the Extended Profiles component only. BP is compatible with nearly all WordPress themes.
