@montaya WP/BP versions? Is WP installed in domain root i.e. example.com and you created a network from there with subdomain structure? Did you activate BuddyPress in Network Admin > Plugins? Did you go to Settings > BuddyPress and set up BP configurations?

@monaloco only to the extent that anyone can just speculate about what’s happening. What theme are you using? Might help. Also, if you’re using Chrome, right click on the gray box and click on Inspect Element and copy the styles and post it here.

@monaloco So you have a screenshot of the issue. For a moment there you had me confused as to how you got BuddyPress in a WordPress.com account 🙂

As to the issue, it’s possible that it could be resolved by simply tweaking styles in your theme’s style.css file. We need to see the site/webpage, site url?

@matejr That’s a tall order. Setting up what you envision would require custom plugins and modifications beyond the scope of these forums. @sencerim you do not need to turn multisite on? You have to give more info about your installation. Site URL? Throw-way username and password?

@mark-gordon go to wp-admin dashboard. Look for the default WP menu on the left side of your screen Settings > Permalinks.

@paralys there’s no plugin which would implement the synchronization of the BP xProfile fields and the WP User Profiles in the backend. Either you need to hire a developer to create this plugin for you, create it yourself or wait for someone to create one and release it to the public.

@shaunmacrae We don’t delete BuddyPress accounts which are tied to WordPress accounts. Just don’t use it.

@shubomb have you tried downloading another copy of BuddyPress and reinstalling in your localhost?
