@rayela You create a file bp-custom.php and include the code there – make sure there’s no line or space above or beside opening <?

Then you upload that file from computer into your server wp-content/plugins/ folder via FTP or cpanel

Change to Twenty Twelve and check if you can see the BP pages. If so, then the issue is with your theme (probably has proprietary templating system) and you’d have to tweak/create files for BP Compatibility. check out:

– What did you create – Group Forums or Sitewide Forums or Sitewide/Group forums?
– Click on the phones forum, there should be a form where you can create a topic for that forum.
– Did you enable registration in your site via Settings > General ?
