@katumos the individual group forums do appear on separate pages. What exactly do you mean?

@newkindofcool Saw this reported before. One had a theme JS conflict and another had cache issue. Have you tried basic troubleshooting like deactivating plugins batch by batch and/or changing to Twenty Twelve or BP Default theme to check?

@reacton What kind of modifications did you make on your BP Default child theme? Note that if made changes in the HTML markup in the template files of the BP-specific pages, you might also have to copy over and revise the JS files of BP Default theme.

What exactly do you mean by post links and where is the issue showing up? Blog post links or Forum post links or Activity Status update post links?

Have you tried to deactivate plugins batch by batch except BuddyPress to determine whether it’s a plugin conflict?

@nanaimomen just tested it in BP 1.7.2 install. That code would bring back the Buddybar of yore and not the current BuddyPress links integrated into the WP toolbar.

If you did want BuddyBar back then check:
– Did you place the code posted above in a new flle named bp-custom.php ?
– Did you upload that file into your server wp-content/plugins/ folder ?

Log in using WP/BP username and password. Please include more info about your installation including from what version you upgraded, plugins used, etc.

And when I looked for the “bp-custom.php” file, I don’t see it anywhere in the recent installation.
