I’ve asked for support several times in the past and have had no support, not very encouraging.
Pressing the My Groups tab in Groups only changes the avatars respectively. ‘https://****schoolalumni.uk/build/members/admin/groups/my-groups/’ shows at the bottom left of the screen but the following do not show:

I’ve asked for help on this problem a short while ago but have had no response so I’m trying again.
Hitting the ‘My Groups’ ‘https://elmfieldschoolalumni.uk/build/members/me/groups/’ tab in ‘Groups’goes nowhere but after deactivating javascript in Chrome it works ok and goes to the ‘My Groups’ page.
The link is clearly there…[Read more] -

Anyone please.
My Groups page does not display after pressing the My Groups tab in Groups.
Can anyone help please.
Changing themes, deactivating plugins and clearing cache makes no difference.
I’ve even tried co pletely deleting Buddypress from the database and reinstalling but to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated. -

I’m building a school alumni website mainly for logged in members in a temporary construction folder.
Why when clicking on ‘My groups’ in ‘Groups’, does the link not go to ‘https://elmfieldschoolalumni.uk/build/members/admin/groups/my-groups/’?

Is it possible to add ‘notification counters’ to the relevant tabs ie: Groups, Members, Activity, Friends, Notifications etc in a Buddypress secondary menu. They appear in the default Buddypress menu but are not replicated in a secondary menu.
I’ve tried using:
function my_counter_nav_menu($menu) {if ( ! is_user_logged_in() ) {

Just wondering if a date has been set for the release of the long-awaited BP version 3.0 including the new Nouveau template.
I believe the first quarter of 2018 has been mentioned but an exact date would be fantastic, if one has been set.

Just to add to my message above, there are no other Plugins installed. I have also uninstalled BP including db entries and reinstalled but to no avail.

@modemlooper & Henry, thanks for your help so far.
Ok . . . . . I have just done a fresh install of WP and BP in a sub domain and not in a separate folder as it was before. So the address is now ‘cyc.manorway.org.uk’ All the HTTPS’s have gone (there were a lot of them looking at the browser source code!).
The next problem: I can now get into the…[Read more] -

Further details:
BP works ok on another 2 temporary sites on the same server
It also works ok on my home local host server.
It is just this 1 site that gives the problem, maybe I should try a complete reinstall including the database! -

Thanks for your reply.
The correct URL still returns a 404 Page not found error. -

I have just installed WordPress 3.6.1 (latest) and BuddyPress 1.8.1 (latest) onto a sub-folder of a test site I use for building sites before moving them to their new host.
Everything appears to work ok except when creating a ‘New Group’ it insists on trying to connect via a SSL (https://www.manorway.org.uk/claphamyouthcentre/groups/create/), of…[Read more] -
