@modemlooper I am using your widgetized theme, but need some help.

I am looking to be able to modify the group activity text box to where the Admin sets a set message that the group members can send out. (The textbox area to be removed and replaced by a typed message from the admin). Could you help me with this?

  You would need to create a blog theme that matched. User blogs are really a separate thing from the main BP site. BP is really just a blog theme so it only affects that main blog all subsequent blogs can have their own theme.
