If you’ve BPDEV plugins installed go in WP-ADMIN => BPDEV-ADMIN => PLUGINS => BPDEV Theme and change the logo link

only site admin can create groups

Have you installed bpdev plugins in mu-plugins ?

if yes go to your wp-admin => bpdev-admin => switch on BPDEV TinyMCE

You can use the new function bp_core_remove_subnav item

and create the new subnav

bp_core_add_subnav_item( $bp->groups->slug, 'create', __('Create a Group', 'buddypress'), $groups_link, 'groups_screen_create_group', false, is_site_admin() );

if you’ve bpdev plugins installed you can do that without touching the code:

create a file like bp-custom.php in wp-content/mu-plugins/

paste into the things burt has told you, and save it.

is the site you want move WPMU ?

If yes, do you want install bp or move to a new site ( new domain name i mean ) ?

If moving to a new domain, backup your DB & restore it to the new server, after that, go to wp_sites, wp_1_option and replace the old site domain with the new one
