@blackphantom Ok one more for you… When posting to TWITTER from the BP site… the post strips the “at” sign. So if I wanted to sent a message to Twitter and include an @ reference… it would show up in twitter without it…

I am purely speculating at this point but I would expect that BP 1.3 will not be out for at least 2 or 3 months. You can track its progress in Trac, as @pisanojm suggested. Notice that a target-release date has not yet been assigned.

@pisanojm One of the tools that I love to use with Trac is Jing. It’s free too (which is like… a +10 for brownie points). It helps a ton just to be able to show people visually in real-time what the issue is.

@pisanojm, Yes, since upgrading to WP 3.0 the 5 hour time-lag issue reappeared. Since that time we’ve also upgraded BP to 1.2.5 and we still have the issue.

@pisanojm, my 1.0 beta has already click function, and personaly I don’t see the necessity of 1 sec delay. More time to wait until bubble appears? I can’t see useful reasons at least for now.

It can be intimidating using Trac. But, don’t worry. You will not break anything. There are people who monitor Trac very closely (@DJPaul, for instance), keeping it in good order, correcting any issues.

You will become more confident in participating in the bug tracking system over time. Thank you for your contributions.

  Not sure… it sounds like you have some type of plugin (registration) or something that is re-directing… try disabling all your plugins except buddypress and see what happens…

  The file you need to change is in the plugins/buddypress/bp-groups/ folder called bp-groups-classes.php.

In version that is not released, you can set HTTP Uploader size limit in KB and also Flash Uploader size limit.
