Hm, this plug-in is extremly buggy. Dialogs appears twice like “Show your address on a map ?” in the members profile. Map appear in the group – relaoding: map disappears.
I dont think that someone can get this plug-in working. And it seems that the developer has no further interest in his project.
It’s a great pity, because the idea of the plug-in is really nice.

Solution for the Erromessage during activation:

Open bp-maps.php an delete the comment–marks in line 594 completly, so the ?>-Tag is in line 594.

Unsoluted Problems:
The profile map still have some problems.
Change of an member-location is not working.
Dynamic map in profile not displayed

http://example.com/groups/ <—there is a create link

I dont think that this behavior is logical.

So, how do i get the link into http://example.com/members/stilalbum/groups/?

Solution:
open wp-content/themes/premiumnews/groups/index.php
Search for:
`

 <a class="button" href="”>

`

copy it (or copy it from here )

now open

wp-content/themes/premiumnews/members/single/groups.php

and paste the code wherever you need it
I removed the `

` tag and the “ and put the code after “

Now everything is fine and logical.

So, i have the same problem here. Using WP 3.0.1 and BP 1.2.5.2.
Everything works fine – but there is no “Create Group”-Link. Its no problem to create a group manually by using the url. I did every tip in this topic, even using a different template. But nothing works. I dont have starting point for thinking about the problem.
What can I do?

Hi, I have a laguage problem with your plug-in.
Whatever I tried (PoEdit, or the codestyling-localization-Plug-in, building a bpxs-de_DE.mo, buildiing a bpxs-de_DE.po) nothing works. It seems that your plugin ignores all translations.
Is this an known issue?
