ok thanks, that’s what I thought, so WPmu or multisite is now part of the default WordPress code. And if I don’t want to allow users to create their own blogs, I can just leave the single WordPress install alone and not create a network.

thank you! I’ve just taken a quick look and it seems the testbp install also has customizations, starting with the registration page but I guess I have to create a new account to get in and see it from inside

interesting! I had no idea that’s how it worked, so I guess I’m now joined? and how do you leave then? why do it this way? are there any other groups like it? how do you tell them apart? just the lack of a ‘join’ button?
I don’t see a ‘leave’ button for it in my group page (not that I want to leave mind you!) I’m just curious.
