404 Error when using toolbar/adminbar

I have just installed WordPress 3.6.1 and BuddyPress 1.8.1 (latest) and bbpress 2.4.1 and Quick Chat 4.13

When I click on Aktivity,Friends,Groups,News, Settings, Profil or Forums on the toolbar/adminbar I get a 404 Page not Found Error.
Also when I try to register a new user i get the same error. I disabled all plugins, so that only the basic components are running (wp and buddypress).
And I tried many different Themes. I tried all permalink options bud sadly nothing works. However all funktions of the dashboard are working (site creation, creating new posts etc.). It is a directory install in the root directory . Server is running Windows (IIS7.5). Hosting Company is Server4you. I use Paralles Plesk Panel for server maintenance.

Would be nice if somebody could help me.

@chrisss1 How exactly did you enable pretty permalinks in your Windows server? Not going to work with BP if you just append index.php to the URL. See https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Permalinks_without_mod_rewrite

Hi,
That helped!
Problem solved.I installed URL Rewrite Module and had to create a new blank web.config file in
the wordpress dir, because it wasn´t created when I installed wordpress. then I copied the code from https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Permalinks_without_mod_rewrite in the web.config file. And that worked 😀
