Adding new page to each user??

    Hi , i’ve started using buddypress and it’s really a great wordpress plugin , is there anyway that i can add a normal external page to each user?
    I’m starting a school website on wordpress , and using buddypress so that students and teachers can communicate ,but i want a page that i can upload the certificates as a bulk not per user , can you please help
