Automatically Send Activation Email and Activate New Signups Without Moderation

Hello there! I have been running around in Circles all day looking for a way to allow users activate their accounts on the go without me having to approve it first. Just point me to where i can make the change. I have tried this plugin BuddyPress Registration Options but it didn’t solve the problem. Please just help me with it.

I sure hope that you’re weeding out spammers on the way in, or this site isn’t open to the world.

Thank you for the plugin. Yes it is going to be open. But i thought recaptcha would handle it.
