[Resolved] BP 2.6 and BuddyPress Group Extras Plugin

    Had several issues with updating to BP 2.6 and BP Group Extras.

    I deleted BP 2.6 and replaced it with BP 2.5.3 and that fixed all the problems.

    What 2.6 was doing was rearranging the Navigation links in BP.

    Members
    Manage
    Documents
    Media
    Club Calendar
    Club Events
    Cover Photo

    Before the update my Navigation links looked like this:
    Pages
    Activity
    Documents
    Members
    Media
    Club Calendar
    Club Events
    Manage
    Cover Photo

    Also, after the update, all the Navigation Links at the bottom of the Extras area didn’t show anymore and even though it shows Activity where I renamed HOME page, it still said HOME where the Navigation area is.

    Thats pretty much it. I will be staying with 2.5.3 until this is fixed.

    @slaffik kindly do have a look at it…my site is also dependent on your plugin and i have not upgraded to 2.6

    Yes need your plugin badly am yet to update to bp 2.6

    Part of the issue is fixed, see github.
    <strike>New nav API requires me to rewrite drag-n-drop nav reordering feature completely, but I’m lazy and trying to find a workaround.</strike>

    Fixed in repo. Hopefully will package the release this week with some other fixes.
    Meanwhile, you can download the plugin code from github.

    Thanks a lot for this heavy coding night @slaffik. I started to repair it myself, when i see you where updating! So i followed the updates in real time.

    Version 3.6.9 is released, pushed to WordPress repository. Soon it should be available worldwide.
