BP Signup TOS doesn't show on sign up page

I’ve been messing around with this and I can’t get the TOS to show on the sign up page. “Show and require term agreement on signup page…” is checked and I’ve set the Terms Page. What else needs to be done?

That plugin is not compatible with BP 1.2.

well, I’m still on 1.1.1 unfortunately. I can’t get the site to upgrade without breaking everything.

It’s not compatible with 1.1 either.
