Is it documented somewhere what versions of PHP a particular BP release is tested up to?
Or, can you tell me if 10.6.0 is confirmed for 8.0 and 8.1?
Thanks!
Mike@mike80222 According to our tests, PHP 8.0 & 8.1 are fine with BuddyPress. Each time we commit we run PHP Unit Tests on PHP from 7.4 to 8.1 see: https://github.com/buddypress/buddypress/actions/workflows/unit-tests.yml
Great. Thanks @imath.

InactiveHi,
hope this is correct place to post.
Possible minor issue with WP blog comments/ Buddypress.
Visible with earlier BP versions, as well as latest 10.6.x.– click reply to an individual blog comment left by user with an avatar in display name.
– then click X to cancel.
– the avatar gets added alongside the general new comment “Leave a reply” string.– BP 10.6, also earlier versions.
– WP 6.0.3
– Twenty Sixteen theme.Hi @michaelabf
I just tested & everything behaves as expected for me. Have you tried without any other plugins activated than BuddyPress?

InactiveHi Mathieu,
yes, but only tested on Android tablet.
– all plugins deactivated
– only Buddypress active
– no snippets active
– no additional CSSIt’s very strange.
Will test on PC when I get chance.
Thanks!Hi,
I’m reaching out on behalf of a WordPress.com to report an issue seen on one of our users’ sites.
We recently had to block error logging for the below warnings on a site due to them generating around 90k log lines per second. It looks like these might have been triggered when the user attempted to disable the plugin as they occurred around the same time as these timed out requests
/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=deactivate&plugin=buddypress%2Fbp-loader.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&...
. The log explosion is no longer happening but it’s not clear what stopped it.The site is using Buddypress 10.6.0, WP 6.1.1, PHP 8.1
