This is the blog site.
I cannot even log in into the admin page too.
Please click this
http://gpsnavigation.wizard4u.com/wp-admin/
Please help me about this
Thanks!
Delete the plugin to fix any admin issues.
Do you have wordpress mu or wordpress single user? Perhaps the call is different in single user?
Thanks,
Dave
I have a fix for it and will be uploading it today.
Thanks,
Dave
Could you please tell me how to delete the plugins installed?
I cannot enter even the admin page. If you are going to click this admin page link
http://gpsnavigation.wizard4u.com/wp-admin/
It would direct you to the ERROR.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_blog_option() in /home/pnvszfcf/public_html/gpsnavigation/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-ajax-chat/bp-chat.php on line 413
This is my big problem. I cannot even see the admin page.
Thanks Dave
By the way, I don’t have a WP MU or Single User. Thanks
get_blog_option only exists in WPMU.
@vinbytes
Try renaming the plugin directory to something else, then head back to /wp-admin/.
You can also head on over to Dave’s support group for his plugin:
http://getpaidfrom.us/groups/buddypress-ajax-chat-support
May I know how to do that?
I can’t use the log in page : http://gpsnavigation.wizard4u.com/wp-admin/
because it says ERROR too. Please try to click that link.
I am using wordpress platform also.
Thanks
Rename /wp-content/plugins/buddypress-ajax-chat/ to /wp-content/plugins/buddypress-ajax-chat-blah/
Refresh page, then go to /wp-admin/.
http://gpsnavigation.wizard4u.com/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-ajax-chat-blah/
Like this right? It says 404 Not Found
Please give me the full details.
Thanks
vinbytes, you will have to rename the folder through ftp. It cannot be done from the wordpress install itself. You can also check if you host has web based folder access.
Oh I see, thanks I’ll try that
Just downloaded and installed the latest version as of today. Like the user above all I can do is report back all the errors. (I have never been able to use this chat program, any version on any of my sites without errors). I have no other issues with any other aspect of the site, just the chat system.

One of the errors may provide a clue.. the one mentioning Unknown MySQL server host ‘127.0.0.1:5139
I run my mysql off a separate port intentionally, not going to go into why i do, but other admins will understand the reasoning behind it…. for obvious reasons I changed the actual port and ip from what the error says..
I can help out. !!
i have had problems like that before, but now my site is up and running
-login to your host’s cpanel
-go to your file manager.
-click on ‘wp-content’
-click on ‘plugins’
-right click on the plugin that has the problem.
-click on delete.
-open your site again
-enjoy!
@omoesiri A very old thread that is probably resolved, as on the other thread/s links removed do help but the forum isn’t an opportunity to drop backlinks around the place.
