Gallery /2x Galleries??

Hello,
I want to create Gallery where only admin can upload photos,
with many albums etc, but only registered users could see whats inside this gallery.
Next step. I would like to all of my users could create their own gallery.
And are there any chances to link theese 2 galleries? for example just as at facebook
“tag someone at photo” and this tagged photo will be displayed on tagged user’s profile?
or if its impossible, is there any way to maybe just add a link like “add this photo to my album”
and it will automatically appear on profile gallery?

sorry for my english, hope You guys understand what i meant.

There are three free and one membership media plugins compatible with BP 1.2+, There are features you listed above which may be availble in some but not all and you can decide what you want to use.
1. BuddyPress Media Component – https://buddypress.org/community/groups/buddypress-kaltura-media-component/
2. BuddyPress Media nee Album+ a GSOC project – https://buddypress.org/community/groups/bp-album/
3. Post video players slideshow and photo galleries – https://buddypress.org/community/groups/post-rich-videos-and-photos-galleries/
4. Membership plugin – BP Gallery

BPDev has a paid plugin that can do the first step: http://buddydev.com/buddypress/introducing-bp-gallery-rc4-for-buddypress-time-to-get-stable-in-next-week-now/ It requires a modification to the plugin, but the details to do so are in the forums. I haven’t seen the second part yet, but I think the BP Media plugin is working on that.
