How to invite? probably stupid

    Okay is there a way without plugins to invite users through email.

    With Invite anyone can i limit who can invite users at the same time as not allowing open registration.
    i am tight on time as i have a presentation today and would like to have this fixed by tonight

    BuddyPress doesn’t do this out of the box. That’s why the plugin Invite Anyone exists. Why don’t you want to use it?

    I was just saying if it was possible there would be no point..

    With invite anyone how do i stop regular users from inviting only administrators. and not having open registration

    We use the Secure Invites plugin for our community.
