Include groups posts in the principal streams

    Hi,
    I am using EONET theme and buddypress in order to create a social network. I want that the users of my website could read all the posts, including the groups’ posts, in the first screen that appears after they login (activity stream) and not only when they enter in each group (activity stream-groups).

    Activity (Groups)
    If anyone has an idea of how can I do it, please comment.

    If I go to a site of mine and visit mysite.com/activity I can see all activity, including the group activity as the default view. is it this page you want to make the landing age after login, or does that page not include the group activity for you?

    Exactly. I want that after the users log in the website, an activity screen with all the recent publications appears. The recent publications could include posts from the groups to which the user has joined

    https://buddypress.org/support/topic/redirect-to-user-profile-after-login/ should allow you redirect user after login to that page.

    Hi,
    thanks for the response. Its one of the two things what I look. The other thing that I want is that the posts from “Activity” and “Groups” streams could appear in the same page (in the “Activity” stream page). I want like a merge of the both pages in only one. Some one knows how could I do it?

    Have you tried using BP Activity Shortcode? It’s a simple way of producing activity pages customised how you would like.

    @goshoes Domain.com/activity will be site-wide activity and it will display activities from all members including group activities. You can also check https://codex.buddypress.org/administrator-guide/activity-streams/ for further details.
