Please help! Text is not clearing from text area after submitting status update!

    First time I’ve heard about this. What theme are you using?

    Edit – you should contact theme author of Dynamix theme. Looks like the author incorporated BP into the theme per demo http://dynamix-buddypress.creativeworkz.co.uk/ could be some conflict

    @tsuperstar20 , Did you find a solution to this problem? I’m having the same issue with my own theme. I’m sure it’s something I’ve done, but I have no idea what. Perhaps the cause is the same in both cases?

    In case anyone comes across this with a similar issue…

    I was able to resolve many of my BP AJAX related issues (this one, comments appearing blank, Join Group buttons missing).

    Two things were messed up with my custom theme:

    My activity stream was not inside a <div> with id=”content”, and bp_tpack_theme_setup() (from the Buddypress Template Pack) was not running, for some reason. I simply added the div id and copied the template pack setup function into my theme and all is well.
