It would be great if someone could create a plugin, similar to Tweetstream that integrated your LinkedIn profile into BuddyPress. That way, your vCard could be part of your profile, as well as share your company name in your activity stream.

Does anyone else see value in this?

If plugin can also import/export Resumees (CV’s) maked with x-profile fields (with a map fields from linkedin to bp option) will be gold.

Plugin progress is good already syncing profile with bp.

Now only getting fase 2 to work (login by linkedin)

There’s a plug-in called LEENK.ME that is now auto-posting to LinkedIn. It’s $0.99 a month, but worth it. I’m using it and it’s great. it posts to Twitter, Facebook Fanpages and profiles, Google Buzz and LinkedIN automatically. And users get to decide whether or not they want to use it. You just have to share your API key with the site and each member can set it up on their own blog. The developers also answer questions in a very timely fashion.

Isn’t there any plugin that integrates users Linkedin plugin with BuddyPress yet? Me too need it so much:(
