Plugin to remove multiple groups at once?

Hey all,
Is there a plugin to remove multiple groups from BuddyPress (ie. multiple spam-created groups)? There used to be one, but it’s no longer compatible with WordPress (was compatible up to 3.3).
Right now it takes forever to remove spam groups, as they have to be removed one by one, and I’d love to speed the process up.
