Registration Integration with GetResponse

I’d like to use this plugin to integrate user registration with our GetResponse email list, but it does not seem to work with the BuddyPress registration page. http://wordpress.org/plugins/getresponse-integration/
Any ideas how to get that little checkbox added to the BP registration page?
I’m using the WPLMS theme, which is tightly integrated with BP. BP 2.0.1 and current everything else. You can see the staging site here http://foodbloggerlms.wpengine.com/
