Sign Up Page not Working

Hello, i discover that sign up page keeps redirecting to itself after a new user clicks the submit form. What could be the error.

My signup page is http://gbogboero.com/register/

Please, any help.

Have you tried removing captcha plugin to see if registration works then?

If you removed captcha and it still didn’t work, have you changed to bp-default theme to see if issue is corrected?

It was not working before putting the captcha, however, I will try the default theme like you suggested and get back
