BuddyPress.org

I’m new to using buddypress and wordpress. I’m currently working on a website everything works but the SignUp. Every time I try to sign up it gives this error. I have been looking for awhile everywhere for this. I could have just missed the topic by reading to fast but it’s been and hour I’m looking to figure out what is this error.

The buddypress/worddpress is straight out from the box no modifications have been made
