Uploading Avatar constantly failing – No cropping

    I don’t understand what the parameters are for avatars. There is nothing stating that they need to be a certain size, yet every time i try to upload a new avatar or get the silly program to crop an image I’ve uploaded (or even accept the suggested crop mark), it fails and will not accept the new image at all. what is wrong?
