Hi I’m setting up http://lulz.co and right now new users can’t register, I however can add them in wp-admin and it correctly sends a confirmation email.

Did you allow user registration at least in Site/Super Admin > Options?

yes but this box is not checked: Allow site administrators to add new users to their site via the “Users->Add New” page. does that matter?

those did not work, it’s not even just the email they don’t even show up as users in the super admin pannel yet when I add them they do.
