What does this error mean?

    Sometimes when activitating plugins I get this error:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/domain/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 3118

    In this case it occurred when activating the Jet Event System Plugin…

    It means wordpress has run out of memory….

    Ask your host to increase it. If they won’t ( for instance you host with 1and1 ) then look here and here
