Went back and realized on this particular site I don’t have BBPress installed, so no, it isn’t that. BP seems to create it.

Is there no documentation of BP creating it’s own taxonomy and also not listing it in the admin panels?

I’ll try turning that one on and off to see what happens. But I know it happens when I turn on and off BP.

This sounds like a job for WordPress Cron. Note that WordPress Cron works slightly different to the UNIX version in that it runs only if there is a site visit. So if your website has low traffic then use a service such as Pingdom to ensure your site is hit regularly.

I’ve uninstalled the plugin and deleted it but it is still redirected all my pages to some random phpforum.

The random phpforum you speak of, is that another website? If so, you have malware and will need to remove it.

BP doesn’t have forums, forums are integrated into BP only if you install and run the bbPress plugin and then activate it for BP.

Something else is causing your issues, especially if you have deativated BP as it now no longer can direct things anywhere.
