I’m also getting the log-in issues since the update to v11.0.0.
The login screen just displays the following message:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”Nothing appears in the Debug log to indicate what the issue is.…[Read more]

Update: my problem was indeed caused by the missing “situations”. We had to add many rows in the database so that we could enable them in the WP Dashboard > Emails. It is still a mystery why they disappeared in the first place.
