@apeatling I think you need to remove the ability to comment on forum topics in the activity stream. I’m getting emails and click link and it sends me to the actual forum topic and some of these activity updates are from days ago and I cant find it to even reply to responses.

Best to ask @apeatling. I would hope that the new post form on displayed user’s profiles will make its way into the default theme for BP 1.3.

I think it’s a good idea to put the focus on the activity stream so that will become the center of the community.. @apeatling Good work on the evolution of bp.org itself, Andy. I think the lessons learned on user behavior here (as opposed to testbp) will prove quite insightful. PS Is there a discussion here somewhere on the subtleties and differences b/t “follow” and “friend” I imagine you will ignite a firestorm of questions given your implementation of the former

The only difference really is the user you are “following” does not have to approve you.
