I will continue using Mandrill due to our systems being tied with Mailchimp, and the tracking is amazing. How do we go about making the BP emails HTML with Mandrill?

Nope. Turned off all the plugins (except buddypress) and yes, we lose all the posts as soon as we make it public. On another install of Buddypress, it does the same thing.

I see you are correct, no tables were created.. but no errors were thrown. Is there a MySQL dump I can use for a work around?

I am still on MySQL 4 on my server due to some old Perl code that needs to be rewritten. (It’s on my list) Could that be the issue?
