There may be a plugin out there that can do all that you need but you may be able to achieve what you need without a plugin

WordPress uses Roles and Capabilities to dictate what a user can and cannot do.

You’ll need to find out which tags and attributes are required by the image upload plugin and add them to the whitelist (i.e. the $allowedtags array in @danbp‘s function above). Right now, it seems only the img tag and target attribute are allowed.

Try opening a ticket on their support forum letting them know of the problem:

Try including a screenshot or anything you can that’ll make it easier for them to investigate, that way there will more likely be a fix made available.

This is most probably a theme issue. Which theme are you using?

134 MB is an awful lot to just access the member directory. There must be a reason why so much memory is required. Is it possible to list the plugins you’re using? And also, which theme are you using?

I see what you mean about this possibly being confusing to the member. I think you should create a Trac ticket for this to see what the core developers think.

2,200 active members shouldn’t be cause for concern so the next thing that springs to mind is your members template (i.e. your theme). Can you try activating Twenty Fifteen to see if the problem resolves?
