    @jamesjones

    – X-Profile Fields.

Surely you can add these at the registration phase – just make them “not required” and then users can fill them in later – so the registraion isn’t 10 hours long

WP 2.9.2 Single install and BP 1.2 – when on a member profile under the links tab the voting mechanism appears but it does not record votes or allow user to vote.

    Otherwise – excellent

Tested in Firefox, IE and Chrome.

Sweet – good to hear. Another terribly minor issue is when in wp-admin area under buddypress links the css isn’t pulling through on the links. But like i said minor look and feel issue.

    Seriously awesome plugin

    Hi

Still loving this plugin ! I am not sure nor recall how it works but on rc3 and WP 2.9.2 Single install – when i vote a link up or down for that matter the icons disappear and i have to refresh the page to see the vote added to the total – this is when viewing the links actual page and not the link directory.

Anyways just a heads up. Otherwise it appears to be rolling well.

    Hi Brajesh.

Interesting as i did not “unregister” the sidebars so to speak as they are still being used. – i just duplicated them in the Child and add the addtional ones in the child function.php as well.

I think as the theme i am building develops – i will unregister them as needed.

After further testing – i think my issue was some of the sidebars where coming from the parent and the additional ones from the child.

I duplicated the sideabars from the parent and everything appears to be displaying as it should.

Never really understood the child/parent relationship until last night – and its an amazing way to build themes.

    Hi Brajesh,

When i regsiter sidebars in the child theme, it tends to break the layout of the site – when i add the additional side bars to the parent the display is correct. It might just be that i haven’t fully completed the theme.

I will play around some more and revert once i have tested it some more. Thanks for the reply.

** Ignore the previous post **

I had the links folder in the parent not the default. My bad. Now your plugin is totally filled with awesomeness :D

    Hey MrMaz,

Sorry to hear about the drive :/

I am failrly new to bp and your plugin looks to be a winner. I am however encountering a few issues – mainly with the display of the links.

The site can be seen – http://6×9.co.za/

Specifically – the voting options don’t appear to show or work.

On the Admin options under Edit Details –

    Edit Avatar Options

    Edit Advanced Settings

    Do nothing for me :/

Currently running on WordPress MU 2.8.6 and the latest BP release.

ANyways keep up the excellent work. This looks to be an awesome plugin.
