The plugin only styles the adminbar on the main site of the network. On all sub-sites or blogs, the default adminbar styles are inherited so it will look just like here on bp.org.

@LPH2005 in a post of yours, you seemed to suggest that it is possible to create a universal forum by making changes to a couple of files: loop and forums/index… could you please put out the code once again what needs to be done… would be very very much appreicated.

@LPH2005 you have two #subnav in your page – the red one and the BP subnav which inherited width of 970px. Recommend changing div ID of the red navigation bar to get HTML markup validation. On the BP subnav which is called in your stylesheet as div#subnav.item-list-tabs, you would need to change
minimum-height:35px
toheight: 25px

Thanks for the info @LPH2005. I’ve checked out the Q&A plugin from WPMU Dev and it looks great! It says on the site that it works perfectly with Buddypress, but I need to find out what that actually means? The main thing is that I need people to be able to follow each other like on […]

@LPH2005 theme looks nice and clean.
WP themes will look similar at one point or another. I’ve seen freebies with similar design as well, though I suspect many/all of them would warrant a visit to the Theme Decoding Thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/posts-requests-for-theme-decoding-in-here-1?replies=424 🙂

@LPH2005 I’ve haven’t seen anything like what you’ve mentioned. The closest was the SimplePress forum feature http://simple-press.com/features/ under “Components” where it has 1) Blog Posts and Forum Topics can be linked and 2) Share Blog Comments and Forum Posts but no conversions.
