@rickdickinson Glad you resolved the issue. However, unless you created your own theme, the CSS tweaks you added to the theme’s style.css file will be overwritten if/when you upgrade your theme. This is why I second hnla’s suggestion that you create a child theme and add the changes there. In any case, marking this issue as resolved.

@wayne-alex We would not be able to access screenshots in your local host. It could either be a theme issue or could be a plugin conflict. To determine which is causing the duplication, change to the Twenty Fourteen theme and deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress and see if issue is resolved.

@1a-spielwiese Sorry it’s not working out for you. I just installed a reddle child theme with all the code provided in above link in my server and it’s working fine without the simple css plugin. Let’s double-check that you have all the necessary materials:

– theme folder e.g. reddle-child
– style.css file in reddle-child theme folder

@jessicaelle it could be as simple as adding the following at the bottom of your child theme’s stylesheet:

overflow: hidden;
}

Have you also tried deactivating all plugins except BuddyPress?

@yogeshojha11 I don’t see any redirection when you click on a Group link per my check. Nor do I see any forums installed at this point. Have you resolved this on your own then? If you do reactivate bbPress forums, change to one of WP default themes and deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress to ensure it’s not a theme/plugin conflict.

.. profile avatars. They used to be circular and now they seem to be square and cutting off on the profile.

Your avatar in your profile pages are all circular. Have you tried clearing cache?
