@tjr3217 Go to Appearance > Menus and click on the “Screen Options” tab at the upper right hand area of the screen to open up the contextual help panel. Top line of the panel, check BuddyPress to “Show on Screen”.

Strange that the BuddyPress page links didn’t show up under either the “Most Recent” or the “View All” tab of your Pages metabox.

@msegroves Changed title to add NextGen Gallery so others who are using that plugin might be able to assist you. Please also post at NextGen Gallery’s forums.

@doodledogcody as of now, there’s only a premium plugin https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/ning-to-buddypress-user-importer/ that does Ning to BP import.

@frisch11 Please change theme to Twenty Fourteen/Thirteen to check if issue is resolved. If it is, then contact theme author about the issue.

– Did you add bp-custom.php to your plugins folder in server? Rename it to deactivate that
– Did you add any BP-specific plugins in your mu-plugins folder? Rename mu-plugins directory to deactivate.
– Finally, if you were using a theme other than one of the WP default themes, then rename your active theme’s folder in server.

Did you activate BuddyPress Network-wide? Or did you just activate it in one site => main site or in subsite only using define ( 'BP_ROOT_BLOG', xx ); in your wp-config.php file?

Strange. Is this a new installation or a recently updated one? WP/BP versions? Have you done some basic troubleshooting?

@archikins you only need to add changes in your theme’s or child theme’s style.css file. Something like styles below. Adjust to taste.

@envieme WP/BP versions? What’s the name of the theme activated in your dashboard menu > Appearahce > Themes? I have to ask again because new installations do not get the BP Default Theme served in the Appearance > Themes panel. (continued from WP Forums)
