In reply to: [Resolved] Blank Settings PageHave you done basic troubleshooting by changing to bp-default theme and deactivating all plugins except BuddyPress to see if issue is corrected?
In reply to: Strange error when posting an activity updateYou mentioned in another post that you were using BP Corporate Theme. Change to bp-default theme and see if issue is corrected. If not corrected, deactivate BP/WP plugins and/or functions which deal with Activities, Activity Streams and/or Comments
If you cannot access wp-admin then you have to deactivate buddypress-kaltura-media-component plugin manually by renaming its folder in wp-content/plugins/ via FTP/cpanel/etc. That plugin has not been updated for latest version of BP/WP

First deactivate BuddyPress by renaming its folder in server manually i.e. via FTP/cpanel/etc.
Then when you can access wp-admin, deactivate all other plugins and then activate BuddyPress alone. In reply to: How to change the sidebar width?https://codex.buddypress.org/theme-development/building-a-buddypress-child-theme/
What’s the new width?
Constantin, this has been resolved in upcoming BP 1.6.
In reply to: Log in redirecting to register pageNot to add to your issue, but I checked your login link in adminbar in IE8 and your layout is broken there. Check it out.
Moving on, your login link redirects to correct page. What browser was she using? Sometimes some caches are persistent. She should try opening another browser and checking login link there.

In reply to: [Resolved] 500 server error after activatingThere are ways to increase memory limit https://codex.buddypress.org/troubleshooting/blank-pages/#memory-limit
As noted there, if can’t do it via methods posted there, ask your webhost if you can do so.In reply to: Creating a Facebook Style PageHow about getting some friends/family to test your site first and check out what they need and expect?
You need to double-check bb-config.php as mentioned above
– see if DB info in bb-config.php needs to be corrected.
– see if bb-config.php is corrupt. Complete bb-config.php file has about 70+ lines. If not generated properly, then it has been corrupted and should be deleted. Then go back to dashboard menu BuddyPress > Forums > Install Group Forums. In reply to: [Resolved] 500 server error after activatingYou should contact your tech support at 3ix.com regarding PHP and memory noted above.
In reply to: [Resolved] 500 server error after activating– It says there PHP4 or PHP5, you need at least PHP 5.2.4 or better and MySQL 5.0 or better. Check/confirm you have that.
– Depending on the server and later plugins you will be adding, you’ll need 32MB to 64MB memory for your BP installation to work. Check with your webhost what your memory limit is for your plan and if you can increase it if it falls below 32MB.
In reply to: [Resolved] 500 server error after activatingSite url? What is your hosting plan at 3ix.com – shared/vps/cloud? WP/BP versions? What plugins were activated in your installation when you activated BP? What WP theme was activated when you installed BP?
In reply to: Fatal error – permalinks in WPMU + BuddypressSorry, I cannot read the language and can’t even tell where the categories are. What specific links are BuddyPress pages? If it’s an issue with categories, you should contact theme developer.
In reply to: blue question mark next to users profile nameThat was sometime BP 1.2+ version, it’s not anywhere in BP 1.5 default theme. If I recall well, a tip appeared when you clicked on the question mark or something
