Single WP or Multisite? BP installed in domain root or secondary blog? Linux or Windows server?
Change to bp-default theme.
Deactivate all plugins except BP.
Groups are enabled in your BP Settings.
Check root where you installed WP (domain root, subfolder or subdomain), if there’s a bb-config.php, delete it. Also, make sure you didn’t install/activate BP in a subfolder/subdomain named the same as one of BP components – i.e. shouldn’t be groups, members, forums, etc. you get the drift.It’s a known issue. Site is in transition. Thank you for your patience.
There’s no blog-loop.php in bp-default theme. So what theme are you using?
@r-a-y – *whispers* ok. best wishes

Give more info about your install. https://buddypress.org/community/groups/how-to-and-troubleshooting/forum/topic/advanced-settings-for-group-forums/#post-107212

As to your query above, there is no plugin that does what you want at this time.Basically, the solution was to refrain from renaming divs within HTML structure in child theme of bp-default unless you know what you’re doing and make corresponding change in js where required as well. Re-upload BuddyPress and you should be good to go – unless you’re using a totally customized bp-default child theme then you need to contact theme author.

This would mean copying the header.php file from bp-default theme into your child theme folder.
Another way is to set up a new custom menu which would involve creating a functions.php in your child theme and copying over the header.php from bp-default theme into your child theme folder. The following should help you get wp_nav_menu going in your theme http://justintadlock.com/archives/2010/06/01/goodbye-headaches-hello-menus

What theme are you using – bp-default child theme or WP theme with BP Template Pack? What exactly do you want to do with the menu?
Yes. If WP is at domain root,
– create a network with subdomain structure
– then choose which subdomain you want to “install” BuddyPress and add
`define ( ‘BP_ROOT_BLOG’, $blog_id );`
replacing $blog_id with ID number of chosen BP subdomain to your wp-config.phpIn reply to: Is there a community emulation method for testing?Contact/invite at least 10 friends and/or family members to test out the site and give feedback

In reply to: Modify bp template pack files for onPlay themeLooks like you used the single.php or index.php code instead. You fixed the sidebar and pagetitle tags on your own! Cool

It may be so, but have you checked your php.ini file? The setting may be set to min 16MB and would need to increase it.In reply to: 500 Internal Site Error500 Error ==

At this stage, recommend that you contact plugin author and/or post at WP.org forums https://wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and-hacks where you’d need to be clear which dropdown plugin you’re using.
In reply to: Modify bp template pack files for onPlay themeI will presume you’ve gone through this https://codex.buddypress.org/theme-development/wordpress-to-buddypress-theme/ and only need to adjust code in BP template pack files as follows:
Open up the first file, activity/index.php and change
``with
`<?php
global $options;
foreach ($options as $value) {
if (get_settings( $value ) === FALSE) { $$value = $value; } else { $$value = get_settings( $value ); }
}
?>``
with
``
The do the same with the remaining template files
Note that you would have to change the
or
tags wrapped around page titles in BP template pack files as needed to
per your theme’s page titles.
