It isn’t that the emails are not being sent. It is that the emails are not making it to the destination, either blocked by ISP’s or somehow caught in spam or something.

Oh shoot. I think I needed to post this in the BBPress forum. Why do the names have to be so close to the same, just to mess me up?!?!?!
I had this issue. Solved it by disabling the Contact Form Builder plugin, which sucks. I need that.
