Thanks again @ubernaut. I think I read something similar awhile back stating that is was better to install bbpress using FTP. I can do it either way, but I’d prefer to do it through BuddyPress so I’ll try that first and see what happens. I need the Editor role to have the ability to manage the groups and activity of buddypress.

@ubernaut: yes, I did the same with the said parameters all correct, as I am using frisco theme then I can do the same thing by putting the code in function-custom.php. First I tried the bp-custom.php (placed in plugin folder) option , that didn’t worked out for me, so I tried the later, but that didn’t worked either. 🙁

the problem has been isolated to a conflict with wp engines object caching (i knew it front he beginning)

Yoast isn’t compatible with parts of BuddyPress @ubernaut – try seeing if page titles for member profiles work for you. I’d be interested to know.

@megainfo SeoPress is fantastic actually, seems to be the only plugin that tries to be compatible with BP. As for the 70%, that sounds spot on. A few bits could be improved

@bphelp in all probability, BuddyCamp videos will be uploaded to http://wordpress.tv/ – updates from this site show up in dashboard along with other WP feeds unless you’ve removed the box
