@bphelp This works good! I cant wait till you release the plugin. Pay no mind to the ones discouraging you. They are just upset because something to loose is at stake. @noizeburger and myself would welcome this plugin and I dont care if it upsets anyone. You have to ask yourself what did they ever do for you? I seriously doubt they did a darn thing! So I hope you consider adding this plugin soon.

@modemlooper Isn’t there a way to pull “Location” from the database? I am trying to get location dynamically. The admin enters that name in the dashboard and the users enter those values so there should be a way to pull them both in right?

I would never buy another theme from themeforest. For the most part especially when dealing with themeforest the themes authors support is flaky. I also dispise using bloated themes like the ones you get from themeforest. It seems to me that the more bloated a theme is then the more issues the purchaser has. If they say it is a BuddyPress theme don’t count on it. You will get suckered into buying this theme then after the fact you will find out that they don’t offer support for the buddypress. They will tell you to get support here but no one here will help you either because they don’t have access to the premium theme. The theme I got from them has jquery issues that comes from the theme because twenty twelve works fine and this author has taken a month and only gave the cheesiest answers to get out of addressing that his theme was a mangled hunk o junk! So the short answer is use a theme from WP repo and use child theme to modify. Save your money and a headache!

@megainfo @mercime @bphelp I just tried it with BP 1.7 and the issue continues so what should I do now? Is there something I need to add from the buddypress folder to make it work right? I would supply a link but it is just localhost for testing. Thank you all for any help!

@mercime Hi and thanks for your help. I have BP 1.7.3 running but the same issue still. Should I try BP 1.7? Was there that many changes between BP 1.7 and BP 1.7.3 that would cause this issue? Obviously I would prefer using BP 1.8 but if this theme isn’t updated for it then I am prepared to downgrade the BP version to make it compatible. This theme is very complex and I really do not want to mess with its inner workings. I was disappointed to find out you can not even make a child theme for it because of its complexity. Thank you again and I will wait for your advice.

Hi and thanks for your reply. My themes js folder contains six js files. Is this what you mean? In that folder I have buddypress.js, jquery.greyscale.js, jquery.nivo.slider.pack.js, jquery.timeout.min.js, jquery.uniform.min.js, and onefile.js so am I supposed to replace one of these or am I totally off track? I am really not sure what to do but any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
