Registration on my site won’t work!

Hello.
I installed buddypress on my website yesterday but, my registration won’t work. When I click register there comes the normal thing. When I click sign up it just reloads the page. My wordpress site runs on iis 6.0 and I am using wp-404-handler.php for pretty permalinks.
