Hi Vapvarun,
Thank you for this. It looks like the Crop Image button was breaking and surrounding the image. I’m not sure if it was designed that way, but it has been very confusing for the site users.
I’ve fixed the issue in the CSS and I now see a button like the one shown in your video.
I appreciate the help.

No I didn’t. The issue persists. The login didn’t work and I fixed that, but the original issue is still there, sorry I wasn’t clear.

Thank you for replying. I can’t tell you how it happened because I do not have a clue, but I am no longer seeing the “has been marked as a spammer” in the extended profile for any of our users. I checked every one of them manually. Perhaps it was actually deleting UltimateMember (set to remove all data on delete) and its related files…[Read more]

Hi Venutius,
Yes, I’ve tested with the default TwentyX themes and all plugins deactivated except for BuddyPress and the problem persists. No save button when uploading the profile photo.
Also, nothing in the console or error logs.

Once I restored the site back to its original state, I thought “ok maybe I have to install buddypress BEFORE removing Ultimate Member. So I did, created brand new pages for the buddy press pages and still all the users including me, were marked as spammers..
I am confused..

If someone tried to log in and found it impossible, that’s fixed now. Security plugin not well configured. 🙁

I am using the latest version of everything and my own custom theme, that seems to work OK elsewhere.
When in a members’ own activity stream, there’s the button “view conversation”. It directs to the correct page, it seems, but the content area is empty. The theme works well otherwise. As if a piece of code was missing from the theme.

SendGrid is the way to go. They have a small wrapper that plays nice with BuddyPress’s wp_mail API stuff.
