OK, I figured this out, I had to change the URL buddypress profile field to a text field instead of a URL field. It would be ideal to keep it a URL field but it works this way. Anyone know how I would keep it a URL field but fetch plain text for the URL.

BuddyPress doesn’t have role based access management system for its components like WordPress roles, However, It has Member Type API now which is a potential lead to creating access management system using member type.

Do you know anyone with buddypress css skills? This terrible way to reply to posts is something I want to fix. With regards to the most liked. I use bplike which seems to have been abandoned. A ‘most liked’ today, this week, all time would be ideal: http://bplike.wordpress.com/
