the function bp_last_activity() need bp_displayed_user_id() i think it’s the buddypress user’s id… right?

so, if I can figure out how to pass the user ID of who writes the post I have solved, right?

bp_last_activity( post_author_id() ) not work… post_author_id() simple print the user id…

help me please… thanks!

@windhamdavid: thanks for your reply, I have no problems of integration with a standalone version of bbpress, or use certain features of BP on bbPress, but simply show the activity time of a user’s like “active 2minutes, 4seconds ago” in bbpress just as it is on this forum.

now what I want to do is clear? i know, my english is bad…

install bbpress with cookie integration (use the same key in bb and wp config), add the deep integration code at the top in bb-config require_once(‘/full/path/to/wp-load.php’); and then you’re ok.

if you want in the activity the bbpress post atm is not possible, this require a plugin or other stuff.

i use the latest BP trunk version and the adminbar is changed, any different code to test?

@DJPaul, i don’t want the “group forum” i want a “standard” forum like this in bporg but with the activity on the forum in the stream activity.

I haven’t tested the use existing install, but after my word do you think this work for my project?

@berchman, the latest trunk of bp support wp 2.9.1 (not mu) so download the latest trunk and install it on your normal wp, it’s easy!

@DJPaul, I tried your suggestion, but if the forum is used for the groups you can not use that function. So, i’ve the a bbpress integrated with bp for group’s forum and a bbpress standalone (with other table) for a “normal” forum… Other suggestions?

the older version have a lot of bug, if you want solve update to the latest this is a problem for you, i know, but i think this is the best way…

thanks for the link Jeff, and yes i’ve read a lot of topics on MU forum (the problem isn’t related to MU because i can login, access the backend and do all the actions allowed to a simple user on MU.

i know when i import all the user i don’t have data for BP, but i’ve logged in with a user “Arturo” updated my profile but the member directory is empty, the last user widget too, etc and this is my problem, see the user in BP, after i’ve created and updated the profile for example…

I know DJP, sorry for this little OT but the problem is BP related, in MU all works ok, the users are able to login etc but i’ve problem with BP (members directory, activity, last users and all the function of BP)
