there are an error with localization in Italian, i’m working now on it to resolve, sorry for this.

@sgrunt in the next hour go on BuddyPress Italy site and download the new version.

i’ve translated the latest RC1 language file, but in the site wide activity not all the string are translated, like in Recent Blog Posts… it’s ok or not?

hi, i’ve downloaded and installed the latest combo (beta 2) but when i try to activate the home theme i view this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_search_form() in /home/…/public_html/wp-content/themes/buddypress-home/header.php on line 33

buddypress is in beta release when all the components have a stable release the support/help/guide/faq come but at this time is a good idea working on code and codex.

nicola if you create this plugin and want to publicize on BuddyPress Italy site u’re welcome.

Another member of BP IT staff is coding a plugin to invite friends from other social network and contact from the mail account like gmail, msn, ecc.

all is possible but Andy in the readme say wpmu 2.7 or trunk and same for bbpress.

no, you can use the trunk of wpmu and the same of bbpress, or wait for the wpmu 2.7 and the beta of bbpress 1.0.
